The short version
Nothing that tracks you runs until you say yes. Analytics stay switched off until you accept them, and if you decline, they are never loaded at all — not loaded-and-ignored.
The only things set before you choose are the ones the site cannot work without: keeping you logged in to the admin, and holding your place in the quote form so a half-finished enquiry is not lost.
There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

These do not require consent because the service does not function without them. None are used to build a profile of you.

Functional
Used to understand where the quote form is difficult, so it can be fixed. It is not linked to advertising and is not shared.

Analytics — only after you accept
Google Analytics starts with storage set to denied and only receives a measurement once you accept. Microsoft Clarity is not injected into the page at all until then — declining means the script never loads.
