   Crew and van assigned, your window locked in by text.

   Access confirmed

   We confirm lift bookings, stairs and the route to your door before the day.

   Materials arrive

   Boxes, tape and wrap dropped ahead if you asked us to pack.
5. 05

   Crew arrives

   On time, with the right kit for your stairs.

   Wrap & protect

   Blankets on furniture, corners padded, floors covered.
7. 07

   Careful load

   Loaded to travel — nothing shifting, nothing crushed.

   In transit

   Across town on the route we planned with you.
9. 09

   Unload

   Straight into the right room, by the labels you set.

    Reassembly

    Beds and flat-pack rebuilt, wardrobes stood back up.
